You Are What You Eat... So What Are You Eating?

There are so many diets out there all promising to bring you incredible results... and fast. But the truth about health is that it is a lifelong journey. Holistic Food Wellness Coaching will work with you to find out what your body is craving, and how to best feed it. Through our food coaching program you will learn to nurture your lifestyle with the foods you eat. Food connects us to all of the other areas of our lives. Food is like the earth. It grounds you and allows you when truly nourished properly to take on any journey with a clear mind and a healthy body.

Holistic Wellness Nutrition looks at the entire person, and not just a goal weight. In holistic nutrition it is believed that we need a certain balance of vitamins, whole proteins and other nutritients to help our bodies reach maximum energy levels and overall physical and emotional health. We also know that each individual is different and requires different amounts of these essentials to make that particular individual healthy. Hoistic Food Wellness Plans devise a diet to match your body's health and nutritional needs.

Eating the right foods are just one part of the puzzle. In order to really hit the peak of holistic wellness you must get up and move. Your body was made with muscle for a reason. We are all meant to be healthy physical beings - and that means you need to take the connection you are creating to a holistic way of eating and combine that with a healthy fitness plan. I call this concept Food2Fitness.

 

 

 

I know a lot of fit people, but I  also know a lot of people that workout everyday an then eat garbage every day. They have it backwards. You don't workout in order to eat junk, you eat healthy in order to work out! So once you have started your food journey, it's time to start on your fitness journey.
