Creativity Coaching is an expressive coaching format that uses art materials such as paints, markers and chalks. When you can't seem to find your creativity, and it seems to be stopping you from completely tapping into new ideas -- this is when you need to release your inner child and tap into the creative zone. It doesn't matter if you are artistic or technical in nature. Creativity is used for solving problems and for creating masterpieces. What ever it is you are looking to regain or increase, there's a way to do it. 

We are all creators! We each have opinions and our own thoughts and therefore we are all creative. Sometimes it seems as if ideas can flow through us like water in a river bed and other times it can feel as we are playing silent movies with out a screen and there isn't even that punch line delivered before the train comes down the track. 

When you open the right neuropathways and stimulate your mind, the natural process of free flowing thoughts can begin to occur. Like fingerprints, the process is different in each of us and once identified, it is reproducible. Even better, if you do not like the way you process you own creativity, you can borrow the structure from others. We're not talking plagiarism, but to actually step into how someone else has structured their creativity could be the key to unlocking the childlike creativity inside of you.
