My son was diagnosed with Attention Deficit Disorder, but he has several of the symptoms of Sensory Processing Disorder. Could he have both?
Yes, your child could have both disorders. The important thing to realize, however, is that the underlying causes could be the same. Read about Sound Therapy under "Therapies" on this website. This may be something that could eliminate many of the symptoms in both categories.
