The coach, or counselor, applies mentoring, values assessment, behavior modification, behavior modeling, goal-setting, and other techniques in assisting clients.

Coaching is a team effort where you and your coach work together to find out what you REALLY want - that which is driving you but is seemingly hard to reach. Sometimes when we are aiming to get results, obstacles arise, and that's where a coach comes in. Working together we first find the cause of the obstruction and, with my Professional Coach training and years of experience, we begin to challenge these obstacles one by one.
Now it's not all hard work because I believe we must have some FUN and ENJOYMENT along the journey to pursuing goals so we bring in some laughter along the way. Compared to alternatives, coaching is cost effective. If you want to make the most of your career, relationship, health, whatever it may be, then coaching is the most effective method to achieve what you want.
Our Lifestyle coaching program is a personal training, in-depth investigation with another person into where you are going in life, CORE planning, identifying roadblocks in all areas of health and fitness and developing creative strategies to overcome those blocks and achieve goals.
