Business Coaching:
Our email coaching gives you content and questions every week. You respond via email. The email coaching allows you to send and receive one (1) main assignment email a week based on a business coaching format that is customized to your needs. Online Coaching sessions can be scheduled anywhere from two to four times a month and last 30 minutes to a full day. In between sessions can usually happen via our e-mail assignment. Or you can use the most affordable plan with the monthly unlimited email plan.
Coaching can be a short-term arrangement where the coach helps you achieve one particular goal or project, or it can be long-term, where the client wants to meet a number of goals and objectives.

Standard Monthly Sessions Plan priced at $500/month includes assessment and three hours of coaching *and* I always give you more than that.

Individually Sessions are priced at $75-$200/hr sliding scale based on your revenue for one 90 minute session.

Business Consulting:

Our consulting specializes in helping owners to grow their businesses and their bottom line. We can help create your business plan, create marketing plans and we will even do the initial recruiting for your business team.
Billed at hourly rates of $75.00 per hour plus 25% of the person's base salary. Half due at hire, and half due 30 days after hire.
Personality/Career Assessments:
Based on forty years of development and success, MAPP provides a unique online assessment that seeks to guide, motivate and empower people to achieve their greatest educational and career potential. Once you have taken your MAPP Assessment - you may want to bring it to your coaching session to use as a development tool.
The assessment consists of 71 triads of three statements. You must select the statement you MOST agree with and the statement you LEAST agree with, leaving one blank. This process takes approximately 25 minutes. Take the MAPP and your appraisal will be processed and returned to you via e-mail the same day. There are currently 3 appraisals available online, each relaying information in narrative, graphical and numeric format.
